7 Days Return Warranty

Products purchased from MissusKs.co.za can be returned within 7 days of receiving if products has a quality defect.

Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately at our Support center.

Please ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long as we receive the return package To help us, the customer should provide all the relevant tracking information.

Out of stock:

Some items may be out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update. Customers are eligible for a credit refund in the form of a voucher or a credit transfer in the event of not receiving an item.


Please note the following RMA criteria relating to size differences: Custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 2CM;Not custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 3CM.

Delayed shipments:

Please note that the relevant carrier is responsible for packages that have been dispatched from our sorting center. In the rare situation when an order has been delayed during the order processing stage due to ,missing items, wrong items or package sent.

A refund is offered for missing items and postage is paid by us for wrongly shipped items.

We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped items.

Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.
