1. We ship anywhere in South Africa. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door.
2. Our handling time is 1-3 business days after your payment has been processed, a tracking number will be provided to you after that. Shipping cost is free for items R300.00 and over. Items below R300 has a shipping fee of R65.00. We charge very low shipping fee for our customers to save you money.
3. We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged during shipment. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.
4. For Flat Rate shipping, we ship your package with a courier service which takes about 3 business days at most.
5. We ship all of our goods directly from the factory.

What is item processing time ?
After the receiving of your order, we need do quality-control in order to ensure product’s quality. There are different kinds of processing time for different items. Average processing time is 3 business days; however, it varies from the item’s stock status.
1. Due to weekends shipping times getting longer.
Ordered and Delivery for SA customers
- If ordered on a Monday, dispatched on Tuesday, received on Wednesday
- If ordered on Tuesday, dispatched on Wednesday, received on Thursday
- If ordered on Wednesday and Thursday, dispatched on Friday received on Saturday
- If ordered on Friday, dispatched on Saturday, received on Monday.
However item will only be dispatched once the payment has cleared re: EFT
3. Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of products, Missus K’s Designs has to prepare your goods before they are shipped out. We perform strict quality control on the products and carefully package your items.
After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number for the courier company . Depending on the chosen courier, there may sometimes be a delay of one working day between dispatching your order from our warehouse in Gordons Bay and obtaining the shipping tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means that we have not sent out your order yet.
